Believe and Live — 6th Week — Day 4 — Great Lent

Scripture Reading: John 6:47-71

Key Verse:

Today, Christ reminds us that belief is more than an idea. It’s a life of obedience, thankfulness, and trust in the One who gives the Bread of Life. He gives Himself to those who hunger not only for miracles but for Him.
Everlasting life is not a reward we earn—it is a gift given to those who walk in faithful communion with the Son of Man.

Early Church Fathers’ Saying:

“In this way the faithful are approved and the faithless are detected.” — St. Cyprian of Carthage

Practical Practice:

Let your life preach louder than your words. Be light to the doubting. Be bread to the hungry. The Bread of Life is given to those who follow the Son of Man with a faithful heart.

Speak and act with grace.

Let someone see Christ through you—at home, at work, or even through a small act of love.

Closing Blessing

O Christ, Bread of Life,
Feed us with Your truth.
Let us not hunger for the world,
but for You—who satisfy the soul.
Let our belief be shown in action,
and our faith become the path to eternity.
Amen.
